you are working in Israel banking industry, you must have heard about Dr. Boaz
Schwartz. For those of you who didn’t hear his name, prepare to be flabbergasted
by his personality and his contributions towards the banking sector. Boaz
Schwartz works in one of the top banks of Israel, known as Deutsche Bank. His
strategic decisions and hard work has made Deutsche Bank Israel as one of the
most renowned and leading foreign bank of Israel. But what are the personality
traits of Boaz Schwartz? And why did he choose banking industry? This article

BoazSchwartz obtained his BA and MSc degrees in Engineering and Electronics from
Tel Aviv University - Israel, MBA from Wharton School of the University of
Pennsylvania, and Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Chicago.
Boaz
started his professional career from the position of a consultant, at Franklin
Savings association. He managed many tasks at the enterprise, including hedge
funds, fixed income securities and helped developed key strategies and
analytics for the company. Later, he joined the Daiwa Securities Trust Company
as a consultant. He managed fixed income securities and assets at the
enterprise.
The Career
His
career took a sharp turn when he partnered with Professor Ben Shahar and Smith
Varney, and became the Managing Director the B.A.S. Financial Advisors. He made
many business links at the position and contributed towards the enterprise, by
giving his expert financial consultation to his clients. Boaz also worked as
the Managing Director at the Ben-Shahar Schwartz LTD. He also worked as a
Managing Director and Head of Investment for the Bankers Trust Company. There,
he gave his expert leadership advice and made strategic decisions that
transformed the company. Along this very long and exhausting, yet rewarding
path, he learnt major financial techniques and strategies, that helped him
become one of the biggest name in banking industry of Israel.
In
2000, Boaz Schwartz joined Deutsche Bank Israel as a Managing Director and
Chief Country Officer. Throughout his professional career in the Deutsche Bank,
he successfully managed 25 clients, by giving them expert and professional
financial consultation regarding any aspect of business, whether it concerns
revenue, trading, research or banking. These clients cherished Boaz Schwartz’s consultation
advice because of his major contributions towards their business net worth and
revenues. Boaz Schwartz is also a member of the global Autotech and Fintech coverage
teams, where he acted as a representative of Israel, providing innovative ideas
to his global clients. One of his contribution towards the economy of Israel
was building and managing a local brokerage business for a short period of
time.
